Criteria of hypersplenism.
- Splenomegally.
- Cytopenias (mono or pan).
- Hypercellular bone marrow.
- Scanning with Cr51 labelled with RBCs>> reversed liver to spleen ratio.
- Splenectomy will improve the condition.
