Grade(-):- Absent.Grade(+):- Hypoactive(Weak).
Grade(++):- Normal(Average).
Grade(+++):- Hyperactive without clonus or moderate exaggeration without clonus.
Grade(++++):- Hyperactive with clonus or marked exaggeration with clonus.
